Michael is an actor who has always carried a love for storytelling, particularly in film and theatre.
He has been acting since his first professional role as Frank Doherty in the feature film Sunset Heights in 1999.
Michael has written and produced several award-winning short films, and currently provides the voice over for the new University of Ulster adverts for it’s school of medicine. He is also the face of the latest Visit Donegal/Derry Tourism billboard campaign.
Michael is a strong physical performer with great energy, comedy and people skills and he has an incredibly strong work ethic. He is sociable and adapts well to new environments and makes a welcome addition to any theatre or production set. He takes direction well and looks forward to new challenges.

The Disappear Here Film Festival is a three day festival which takes place in a series of unique locations on the Wild Atlantic Way, in and around the picturesque village of Ballyliffin, Co Donegal each September.
From short animated films for kids, to scary midnight movies for the young at heart. The Festival has a high concentration of shorts but includes an outstanding mix of features and documentaries, music videos and animations.
